anyone used these??

has anyone on here used or know anyone that has bought and installed the "stainless" headers for a f-body that are on ebay for like 190 shipped? seems kinda weird to me but thought i would ask?

theres been a few writeups on them, with some people saying they're good, and of course some going the other way. if you look up the username 'blindeyed' he has a very detailed thread on them somewhere around here

i tried to search for the thread but couldn't find it. i know it's there, maybe your sleuthing abilities are better than mine

I completely agree. As much of a PITA as it is to install headers on our cars, I would hate to get a set and decide i don't like them, and then have to swap them back out for another set. I went ahead and ponied up the $$ for a set of Kooks and I love them

Make sure that you read each listing on ebay....they can get you real good if you dont pay attention. Some of those cheap headers arent so cheap. Some list it as "header" so you end up getting one header for around $200. Then your forced to buy the second....So when its all said and done, you could have bought a good set of headers without any headache.....
