Son of a bitch!

Ever feel like strangling someone? Got home this evening to find some a-hole helped himself to the tailgate from my Dodge truck. Right in front of my house, on a cul-de-sac, in broad daylight. I'm so sick of people stealing my ****, I swear if I ever catch one of these people they will SUFFER for all of the **** I've had stolen in the past. Just let me catch ONE ****.

Ya, I've actually seen car lots take off their trucks tailgates so they wouldnt get stolen. I know its pretty damn easy/quick to remove one. And I guess they're worth $? I wouldnt think there would be a "big market" for tailgates. Not sure.

Wow man sorry your tailgate got jacked. Friend had his F250 tail gate stolen...Never leaves it unlocked now. Those things are EXPENSIVE!

See if your neighbors saw anything suspicious?

It is pretty common for tailgates to get ripped off. Just not in the middle of suburbia. Junkyards buy them for $100-200, then sell them for $300-400. ********. Next one will get a lock on it.

This is the first truck I didn't put a lock on, go figure. Damn truck had spray-in bedliner, so I couldn't get the access panel off to install a lock. Now I'm sitting here wondering if they stole my spare tire too.....gotta go check.
