Sooner Todd yes more old cars on the road but from what some of my buddies that are still in the field tell me people aren't paying to have them maintained anymore thats where the money is at MAINT not repairs. You make just has much money doing a 30k service on a 4cyl than doing the headgasket under warranty. People are driving them into the ground. Also with this 100,000 mile warranty and Dodge with the unlimited mile warranty I don't see Techs making any $. I sure hope we didn't discourage this guy who started this post but I wish I had some old Techs giving me advice when I first started out.
