help me out please....
ok i got my 99 ss i was running 7:80s on street tires on motor to the 1/8mile...so i got et streets and a n20 kit... car already has ms3 3600-3800 stall,3:23 gears lid,pace long tubes i was going to spray a 75 shot so i got it tune by the guy who i bought the car from to spray and went home to change the plugs... after i changed the plugs the car started to run like ****, i checked all of them they are all good wires are good,etc. so i take it to the track and the best i can get is a 8:40 what happend lol, and the car acts wierd from a dig... when i take off its like i am taking off in 2nd then a little past 60 ft it will finally down shift i took it back put the tune it had before back in it and found out my 02s are bad but can that be it.. can it be anything else??
this is wierd and also when i am running on the highway full throttle it makes a popping sound so what should i check out?

check tha alternator to see if its charging i remeber its all bootleg on that car the wires just jammed into the connector at the alternator,
and the gears are 342 since it used to be a 6 speed
and those headers are headman not pacesetter

Ok now this is pissing me off i put 2 brand new o2s and now it wont idle for ****... When iam at a light it dies out or if iam stop and not moving it will die out it wont stay on for ****... And it is still back fireing when iam full throttle it pops when iam at full throttle i even changed mass air flow and still acting up...what next??? Can it be tuneing ???

Id maybe go back to your original plugs. If thats not it then it has to be something with the tune...You did say all this stuff started happening atfter tune and spark plug change right?
And to the other poster about plug wires being on wrong. I dont think you can plug LS1 plug wires up wrong. They only go so far and each plug is right over the spark plug. Unlike my LT1, you can get easliy confused

it has the old tune back in it the one where i ran 7.80s on motor with street tires i dont know what it can be
