paintballers
I played for a few years, then got too fat and out of shape to enjoy it. I am in much better shape now, but still haven't gotten into it. I enjoy it when I go, but getting my *** out to the range is tricky, now that I have more responsibilities.
Also, OFF is your friend. I didn't know this the first time I went and I was covered in bug bites for a few days after. I damn near sawed my own legs off.
I played the first few times with a borrowed Spyder. Not sure which model, but it was not bad. I then broke down and got my own gear. Bought a 68 Automag with a TKO barrel. Great gun. Easy to use, easy to clean, fairly accurate (as paintball markers go), and hasn't given me a lick of trouble. I also bought a mask at the same time, because renting/borrowing masks is kinda nasty, IMO.
I used to play at Paintball Zone, both in Pearland and on the north side. If you're afraid of spiders, stay away from the South location. They have banana spiders by the ton.
If anyone is interested, I'd be willing to part with my Automag pretty cheap.

I found a really good deal on an X7 reason I was asking about it. Heard you can modify them to no end as well.

What kind of game play? And i know me and my girl and maybe dopefedz will rep ls1tech. And x7 are amazing guns. You can mod tehm like no other. The only problem is that cyclone feeder on teh side of teh gun. It tends to break alot!!! And for the x7 recomend a Tipman flatline barrel they are amazing!

Is it something that can be upgraded? The Cyclone feeder?
Tipman flatline barrel can shoot like 200ft correct?! Use that for sniping?
I play off of bay area near 45. I have 2 Ions, tricked out to the max. Shoots about 35 bps just depends on the hopper it will shoot faster, it's got bolt, board, case, barrel, 32* drop, trigger, everything that car be done. It's a good gun but still a noob gun if you ask around. Great for the price though, my buddys shoot 1500$ guns, but ya know, to each his own..

They can be upgraded for farly cheap. Just previous owners of them have goten rid of just cus of they way they break. And yes the flatline is amazing it has inside a tube that is the barrel. But it curves up , and this causes a back spin on the paintball . So it shoots futher. There not prettybut they are bad ***. Check out Pbnation.com you can find lots of write ups on guns and parts.

i love paintball as well.
Been playing off and on since around 2000. I wish i had the money ort time to keep playing. I swear once i finish college im going to pick it back up like when i was in HS.
Probably one of the only mods on PBN that doesnt actively play all the time. lol

No one I know has a gun... But I've got a Tippman 98 Custom... I love it. Gotta buy a new bottle since academy screwed mine up last year...
We get pretty extreme when we play though, full camo, night time, 20 ac lot and play capture the flag.... trip wires and all, it gets pretty extreme... I don't care for playing at courses though...

So when is this going down? I gotta work on my car this weekend, next weekend I'm down. The place I play is 2351 not bay area, I just read what I wrote, I dunno what I was thinking. If anybody wants to meet up let me know I can get a few guys together, it will be a blast. PM me I will head this **** off if nobody else steps up to do it.

Ill just buy a big bottle of oxygen or something so we can just fill up the tanks in between rounds and slap it in the back of the truck.
Would be cool just to bring equipment and paint!
