were going to houston but if you guys want you could meet us in dallas and we ride together.
your crew alone will be impressive going down I45 and with all of us, it would be amasing to watch if there are other drivers on the road lol.
they are gonna be like damn look at all those bad *** cars passing us lol.

Ha, no doubt it would look cool man. Don't think they would want to do an extra drive like that though.
We'll see what they say though. Might be a tad long but never know until I ask them.

Good to hear everyone is excited.

A lot of from the dallas area are going to have walkie talkies. So if you going to be a part of the main cruise it would be nice is most people had them to try and keep the group coherent.

01z- Think you could hit up a few tracks see what we would be looking at on a track rental?

Anyone have a good size towable smoker?

yes we will def. need someone to check out about track rentals..
with this many heads talking about going, we could get the houston and dallas guys together and just rent out the track for ourselves... that would be the way to go..
If enough peeps are down......

When I organize our local club meets, I make sure to have a plan ready. Sammy gets the routes ready to cruise, along with the stops, times etc.
Knock everything out ASAP so that when the time comes, you don't have worry about it. Print maps out so that everyone knows where to meet just in case they get lost(many get lost or left behind). Inform the stops(resturants etc)of the stops and they will possibly give you drinks or so and that way they don't get mad either. Making stops brings exposer too. Those are just some obvious things to do.

Good idea. Guess who just volenteered to answer an insane amount of questions to help get this going smooth

Haha, don't matter to me. We just celebrated out 5th Anniversary as a club this past January. Every Year we have a big cruise, BBQ then a after Party. This year went very well. We had 30+ F-bodies driving across El Paso. The cruise lasted 4 hours, with 5 stops inbetween. We even got offered discounts to have meets there more often!
Here's what we do for our anniversaries too. A video to celebrate the previous year

Here's a random meet with some of the guys and our bike buddies.

I am more than happy to help you guys out and hopefully me and my boys and girls can make it out there.

Thanks a lot iroc and 01z

As far as track rental... Well have to see what they are going to charge us. but if that is something everyone wants to do we will have to split that up some how.

Once we see who all is going well decide if a track rental is practical.
