I'm more interested in where we are going to stay and what kind of group discount they'll give us.

Sway, decide on the place, let me know how many we're expecting and I'll volunteer to make the call and see what we can swing.

Just FYI, if they want a credit card or deposit to hold rooms, I'm not going that far.

 

Ill have sway get on here and make the final decsion on where we are staying.

i think we have 3 trucks going to help hall stuff and tow if need be. We also are going to bring Sways smoker and do a little cooking. Interest is starting to pick up so once were set on 1-2 hotels will see about discounts.
We also need to get a few places lined up to make a few stops.

 

Well it's at the Holiday Inn Express and i'll let ya'll know some more info in the future on stops the route etc.........
