A guy that had his rims stolen and he sees them on this car in a video. And it is true because the ****** has a felony to prove it! Thats the kind of douche bag that would say something. Im glad yall are proud of this. And still defend him..

 

Just to clear things up the vette was not built by HPE. I believe Frank does all his own work.

According to Frank HPE did the work to the car many moons ago (back when Worm worked there)

 

I had a great time... I really had fun giving Steven a hard time, As much **** I give him he knows my car will still be at his shop next week. Enjoy my money guys!

Hasn't his car been to every shop in Houston by now?

I worked there when it sat in the back for 6 months.

 

Frank has the Red Vette behind Tommy's... I'm not sure where it has been but if you ask him if it has been tuned he will tell you it was tuned by HPE when the cam was installed. The car needs a tune BAD, it smokes like a freight train

 

If its the Frank I'm thinkin of. It's an old school cat. and It was at Speed Demon forever too.
