good start! but that cam will be too big for the LQ9, i hope you are planning to go with a 4k+ converter if so...... visit the brother website of ls1tech... (performancetrucks.net) so you can see different kind of setups..... good luck...

A t rex cam wont be worth a damn in a pickup, powerband prolly wont be where you want it. There isnt anything worse than an overcammed pickup that has no power down low. If youre putting a 6.0 in a pickup why dont ya just spend the extra $25 and have a custom cam cut to fit your app, say something in the 230* range?

Well the only reason i was going with the trex is cause i already had the motor built with that in it. The motor was built for one of my camaros but i sold it.

makes perfect sense. I live by a strict budget so I completely understand. One things for sure, it will sound badass.

Wheels are on. Lowering it sunday. Sport side mirrors are here and waiting on ss front bumper and clear corners then everything is going to paint.
