This family is just as stupid as every other family that invested in a house with a "balloon note". They are one of the main reasons why the economy and housing market is the way it is. I don't feel bad at all for people who buy houses worth more than they can afford. Especially BatCave Homes.

That cave house has so much potential, if some business i.e. Urban outdoors type would to buy it they can probably hire Pros to help bring out it's true potential, not to mention that it has so many unique natural features inside and outside. They dont exactly have the best taste in the way it was built, it has so much more to offer. I hope some Green freindly yuppie architect buys it and just does a 180 with the property and cave.
