Anyone do Fender Rolling?...again
I know I asked before and never got a good response from anyone with an Eastwood or other machine to do it. I have a guy who is going to do it for me by cutting the lip and then folding it up...hell I may just do it haha. But to get it done right, I am wondering if any of y'all have suggestions or can do it?
I heard the going rate in other areas is between 40 and 60 dollars and the process doesn't take long.

Karl just rent the tool and do it yourself. We did Kat's and first side took about 30-45 minutes to do then the 2nd took about 20. It's easy just take your time and make sure the paint is good and warm with the heat gun. I dont know why you wouldn't just attempt it yourself.

I was going to split the 300 between everyone...that way if it broke, you would be out nothing. If it did not break, I could give you more than 40 for everyone using it...everyone being 3 cars thats more like a tower, not a gangbang

i did mine on my mustang race car with a bat and it looks great! it sounds ghetto but works just fine. you can not feel a lip on my fender at all and do not cut my slicks!

I used a bat on my Ranger when I bagged it, worked fine and looked fine too...havn't really looked into rolling the fenders on the Z yet, but I'm sure the Bat technique will be done agian, or just roll my rubber mallet along the inside edge, (the top of mine comes off and is cylinder shaped)

Or you could just let a pit bull do it for you: http://forums.vwvortex.com/zerothread?id=3103189

What I did was roll them back as far as I felt comfortable, then adjusted the tool to curl the leading edge back further. That way, even if the tire went to some extreme angle and hit, it would hit a curved surface, rather than an edge.
