Default Pull my balancer off.... get $20....

Alright. I have a LQ4 and the balancer seems to be slightly seized on there I believe. Most balancers Ive pulled have come off with no issues but this bastard just wont budge. I have broken 2 cheap harbor freight pullers (LOL) and Ive been using a torque wrench on it. Nothing else is left in the engine, its out of the car and to keep the crank still I have a big pry bar im using to pry it. Anyone who has a decent puller that thinks they can get it off, if you can get it off, Ill give you $20. Im in Irving..... anyone wanna try? Really need this thing off.

Thanks
Mike

I feel your pain, just had a bitch of a time with mine, except I had hell getting the bolt out. I'd do it for ya if you were closer.

The bolt was hella hard as well, took a torque wrench + a 10' pole and bolting it to my engine hoist to get it off.

i bought a six inch gear puller from oreilly last thursday that has the 3 arms for 15 bucks

it was a bitch and i thought it was going to break the puller but it did it
it was almost too big to fit all 3 arms in the center of the pulley but it worked and didnt break

had that problem with a pulley on one of my motors, couldn't get the damn thing to budge an inch. i used a torch thing for burning weeds and got it slightly hot and the puller slipped it right off. it wasn't burning hot either.
