Heater core box removal.

Heater core box removal. stared to remove my heater core box assembly and was wondering how do you get to the bolt in the top right hand corrner??? Seems to me that the dash has to be removed to get this one bolt out...or am I wrong?

I ended up getting it out, the dash was supposed to come out, but I broke the Mixed air flap box cover when I was taking it out making it acessiable...
