Comp claims wont affect your premium, but if you've had a rough claims history they could drop you at renewal. They wont be able to tell you in advance though, but hey .. isnt that what your insurance is for?
My car is in the garage about 85% of the time, and I still came out from the mall one time to find two small dents in my hood.

Do you think thats enough to be dropped?

i never understood what possesses people to do something like that. If you have a problem with me...take it up with me; don't be a puss and take it out on my car, knowing i won't be able to find out who did it.

I have allstate and I made a comp. claim back in 2005 when my front driver side tire blew out and ripped off my fender
prior to that, in 2004, i filed a uninsured/underinsured claim when someone backed into my car @ a bar; hit and run.

I can see what I can do for the scratches that haven't gone passed the clear if you would like. It would have to be Saturday morning. I'm very saddened as I used to maintain this car monthly when tony had it. Let me know. I'm bringing my stuff anyways to do my ladies bug.

Nah man, I already checked/asked. No dice.
Obsessed, thanks for the info. But, man I hate to use a claim over something so gay
That would be bad *** man. I 'may' have to work, but I should know by tomorrow. Going off memory(I tried to avoid looking at my car all day), I think who ever did it, did a damn good job making sure that they keyed it deep as ****. For sure the scratch on the spoiler went all the way through.
On a brighter note, I kept my car parked today and drove my buddies truck to the rec. On the way back, I drove by my car, and from about 10ft away, you cant see the scratches. I love pewter cars, they hide scratches pretty damn well.

that's some straight up bull **** right there man. that kind of stuff makes me so nervous. If I was keeping the car I'd fix it no matter what. but then I'd just really want to repaint the whole car. might as well key it up and then let them get you an estimate and pay the deductible for that. idk, It'd be worth it to me after that. but that's just what I would do.

dumb ***** key/scratch your car just for ***** and giggles.
haters will go to extreme lengths and more than likely they know who you are.
from what i see someone sat there and did it many times, in many spots in a very agressive manner. they didn't just walk buy and say "hey look at that car, how awesome would it be to key it !?!?"
someone knew you or you really pissed someone off. i've only been on this site for about 3 weeks but i have seen your car plenty of times and i think it's one of the sexiest WS6's in this section.
sorry to hear what happened broseph.

Man, I Just got to thinking... this could have happened at my apartment.
I washed/waxed my car on monday, came home and parked it. When I drove my car the next morning, I didnt walk anywhere around the back of the car. I then parked it at that other parking lot, and I guess I assumed that thats where it happened...
Got me thinking some more...My buddy got suspended from TX St. so he moved out a while ago, some guy 'subletted' his room on the first of march, but he's never actually here. He randomly stopped by on monday night at about midnight. He was with some fat bitch, and she was singing/they were playing loud music upstairs in their room. When he came back downstairs to get some alcohol(appeared to be a wine cooler******** homo*). I asked him to turn it down bc I was watching a movie. Needless to say, we argued for a little while about it and then out of nowhere he was like "man, you're right. I'm sorry. You're right." And went up stairs. He rolled out at about 2 hrs later. So I think maybe it was him, or maybe it was someone that is sick of my car waking them up in the mornings?? Aaaah... I cant stop thinking about this/doing my own detective work in my head
