I am almost done with my 90 days and my wife and myself are both seeing excellent results. I know a lot of other people doing it that I work with that are having great results. Do it Zane you just won't be able to use the chin up bar. You are too big.

I currently been in the gym for about 6 weeks. Getting better every week. Since high school I been in and out of gym. I always see a difference if I stay consistent and eat right, it just works.

Anyway, I got them from a friend. I saw a few of them and tried one. Its very good for at home, but I like the gym better. I would still recommend it if your serious about it.

but it WOrKS...ONLY if you follow it. if you continue eating habbits, and skip workouts...then its a waste
