I had mine rebuilt by a local alt/starter shop for $50. It's been almost a year now with no issues.

Ill have a used one here pretty soon if you want to buy mine, i just ordered a new Cardone alternator 3 seconds ago. I should have it installed within the week if it gets here quick. I'm in Denton too and that's only an hour away. (My car has 100k on it so i figured it needed a new one)
