How's he doing at the moment? staying busy? I'm getting ready to buy a new semi and cottrel 9 car trailer and would like to know if I'll stay busy?

It depends if you've got a broker or if you go it alone. If you have a broker, you'll be good, but your $/mile will be low. I normally charge .70-1.00 per mile.

I dont haul for a living, but I haul enough for one man and I have at least 2 hauls per month, normally 2-4 cars per trip and about 8000 miles/month

Ya, I'm prolly going to hook up with Central dispatch for now. Any exp with them?

2 dollars is the least amount ive seen

Mario, I have not used any dispatch/broker service to date. Its usually through word of mouth or dropping notes on vehicle specific websites occasioanlly.

Team Ram, wow, people are getting a deal through me!! lol. My setup is a crewcab dually and a 36' open trailer. If the commercial guys are getting 2 bucks a mile, I'll have to adjust!
