You don't have to have your degree to get hired on by exxon, just like ls2 klr said they want young kids to mold into what they want.

I was wondering how often you were involved in heavy maintenance and repairs as an operator, and what a typical day consists of. operator are involved in maintenance and repair activities. What does a typical day consist of for you? People tell me every plant is different so I am just trying to get some different viewpoints.
