Might not have to have been going that fast. Newer cars are designed to do that to transfer the kinetic energy away from the passenger cabin.

I would have killed that kid. Brand new car totalled...there would of been a dead 16 year old.

would not be suprised at all if someone rebuilds it. however depending on the person doing the repairs if its a good body man. you would never even have a hint it was ever wrecked no matter how much looking you do. inspector12 repaired a z28 that was crumpled far worse than that one. when he was done it looked showroom mint.

From what I read it was not the camaro drivers fault. The kid was driving his moms SUV and lost control and hit the Camaro.

That will not effect anyones rates other than the kids or his parents rates will go up because of a at fault claim.
