Default Oops damaged my bumpers

To keep a short story short I had a little incident involving a powerslide and stupid people getting in my way. Which then led to the front and rear bumpers hitting a guard rail. Luckily it was a rotational hit and not dead on impact but it did do a number on my rear bumper and front left corner.

I pulled the rear bumper and the only visible damage other than a tear on the drivers side and a bunch of destroyed anchors, so I am going to attempt to repair it myself. The "plastic?" supports on each side of the bumper has three bolts each and the last two on each side pulled out and on the passenger side the piece cracked at a rivet between the first and second bolt.

Any suggestions on what to use to 1) reattach the bolts to the plastic piece and 2) reinforce the cracked area there is a pretty decent void on the back side of it so I can fill it with something like JB Weld.

I think next time I am just going to hit the idiots who ran out in front of me it would probably do less damage.

your best bet is to drill out the rivets and pull those lil black parts with the bolts and drill out all 3 and slide a bolt through the back and add a nut to hold it into place do this on all 3 of them (i had to do this to my old 97 Z28)

I thought about putting a bolt on there but I figured I would try some ABS Epoxy instead. I think they are more secure than they were before.

Anyway I got the damage fixed to the limit of my ability and am looking for a decent body shop in the DFW area preferably near Arlington to fix the cracks and repaint where needed. I have not tried to clean the scratches yet but I do know in some places it is deeper than the primer.

Also I need a new right turn signal if anyone has one local otherwise I will just buy a new one.

Here are some after pics.
