Yup.

This guy is way too high on his WS6. Won't be a collector for another twenty years if ever. There are just too many running around the streets for it to retain much value. I'd take Tony's Firehawk over the WS6. But I'd take a C6 over both.

I'll sell it for $23K with the stock wheels/tires. Other than that, I'll keep it. I don't haggle with prices or tire kickers, everyone knows how clean my cars are. I thought you were looking for a collector car. If it were about collectible potential and rarity, my '02 Hawk will be worth more than any '02 Corvette in the future. C5 Z06's are a dime a dozen, I wouldn't be surprised if the FRC Corvettes are worth more later on. And no, this car wouldn't be good to modify if you truly understand what it is. Buy a higher mileage non-rare car for modding.

Eh, I think you kinda low balled him a tad. I think 21-22K would be an ideal price. You have to understand with that low of mileage your not just paying for the car, your also paying for the garage space and the treatment of the car for the past half a decade.

I do however worry about your habit of getting a hold of pristine cars and then modding the hell out of them. At least get something with 20-30K miles. Let this one be.

I know Tony I dont expect you to sell it. I know exactly why that car is so collectable. Im not ness looking for a collectable car but a nice clean low milage car. We all know your cars are clean I just want a unmolested car to start from scratch. If I had your hawk I would be scared to drive it

That's just silly. It's not a corvette split window coupe. Buy it and don't mod the **** out it. Make it simple. Headers, heads, cam and enjoy. Just keep the stock parts if you must.

To me, heads & cam is modding the sh*t out of it. Besides who wants to have all those stock parts clogging up your garage/basement/attic for the next 10+ years until these cars truly enter the world of collectibles? PLUS to retain the value, you can't drive it much. What's the fun in that?
