Default 1955 Chevy 210 (pics)

This car belongs to Dwight Pyle of Pyle Bros. Differentials in Baytown. It's a 1955 Chevy 210 w/ a 598CI BBC. We just threw a complete paint on it and attached the factory style chrome moldings on the side. Just thought I'd share this badass piece of machinery with you guys.

I actually think it would have looked better with the color matched front bumper area and rear bumper. The car is immaculate though and your paint job is really clean!

lol, yeah Dwight's pretty popular around HRP. I wouldn't want to line up with it that's for sure.

Default Pyle Differentials '55

I was really pleased to find Dwight Pyle's 'current' '55 Chevy pictures here. What I'd like to get are some pictures of his 'old' yellow and white '55 Chevy that he ran for years. If you go to their website www.pylebros.com , click on the Terminology tab and scroll down to the yellow and white '55 Chevy, you'll see the car I'm referring to. That picture is on the wall at Baytown Raceway and they won't part with it.
I recently bought the car and would love to have more pictures of it. It has a Blown 454 in it and should run in the mid to high 9's. Even though I'm a little rusty and it's probably going to take me a lot of test and tune time (for myself), to get the car back down to that. NHRA certified it for me a couple of weeks ago and it's certified for 8.50's and 5.30's.
If anyone can help me with some old pictures of it, I'd sure appreciate it. I am getting it prepared to run in NHRA Heritage and IHRA Nostalgia events for the upcoming YEARS. It will be called 'Smoke Signals' and have an AMERICAN Indian theme.
I raced in AHRA back in the 60's, 70's, and early 80's. This old '55 has been a racecar since the early 60's. Neither one of us are ready to retire from racing yet. Thanks for any help I can get on this.
Bigindin.

Check http://ssracingphotos.com under the bracket racing album. That car was running the bracket series this past year and the year before. Might take you a while, but you can find a couple pics in there I'm sure.
