Im gonna bump this one back up for two reasons:

1. i had forgotten how funny it was, LOL for the second time

2. Im expecting a package from fedex tomorrow

I talked to a few people and they said they've seen this as well, maybe to keep the package dry if it's outside, but why indoors

Might be a stretch but in a multi unit hallway it creates some sort of ownership to whom it belongs? Otherwise it's just a box in the hallway (fair game). I dunno but it sure is funny as hell!!!

I have had so many UPS/Fedex guys deliver my package to the wrong house despite the correct address being on the package... unbelievable
