I need 3.5" polished aluminum piping/tubing with a 90 degree bend in it. I need the long side to be a minimum of 13" and the short side to be a minimum of 6". I wanted to purchase this locally to save with the hassle of shipping and the wait, does anyone know where I can purchase this in the Houston area?

Try LMR...I've got it from them in the past. They have all sorts of bends.

I wanted to replace the piece that goes from the intercooler to the MAF/TB. The stock Procharger piece is mild steel (painted black) and I wanted aluminum to have the polished look. It would be a nice touch to my engine bay and compliment my head unit, bracket, air intake pipe, and BOV.

Anyone else know of any places? If I can't find anything local by lunchtime, looks like I'm going to have to wait it out and order online. I figured something so basic I could find locally.

Do a web search for Mandrel Bending Solutions, they are in Maryland but they usually have that in stock.
