expired inspection & registration ticket

Default expired inspection & registration ticket

Do they still dismiss the tickets once I show proof I got them updated? like they do the license plate
or Im I fu**d and have to pay $179 each, any one knows?

i've had a registration ticket dismissed after showing proof that i got it done, not so sure about the inspection though.

The court will dismiss the registration ticket only if you show proof of getting it taken care of and proof you paid the 12% penalty at the time your renewed the ticket. When you are asked if you have had any tickets for it at time of renewal, you will need to say yes.

I'm not sure what 12% penalty you are talking about. All I've ever had to pay is the court cost, usually like 15-20 bucks and they dismiss them. The only catch is they can't be more than 3 months expired.

he's talking about registration when the op goes and gets it, they are gonna ask him if he's gotten any tickets. he's gonna say yes and have to pay that 12% penalty. and to the op, they will dismiss inspection as well just have all your paper work to show proof you actually got them taken care of...

Actually 12% is cheaper then the $15-20 mentioned earlier on a $50 registration.

ok cool thanks I got a ticket back in the early 90s and they dismissed it, I only had to pay $10, I'm glad they still do that I was shi**g bricks lol
now I got to pass inspection and see if they dismiss dat one
