I was wondering if any of you guys know a guy in the Houston area that has a new silver color CTS-V that has the plate "z06 etr" on it. I about cried from laughing so hard when he told me that this dude took the factory badges off of it and put Z06 badges on it

He says it was very loud so I am curious on what mods he might have on it.
