need some help!!!!
flashing means misfire... could be many things.
happened to me once after i drove through a pretty good size puddle and water got in my o2 extension harness. I unclipped the harness, sprayed it out with electronic parts cleaner, let it dry real thoroughly, and it was fine.
another time it happened to me, it was my stock spark plug wires falling apart.

LMFAO! Stop guessing...take you vehicle to Vatozone (Autozone), have them hook it up for a FREE code scan, and come back here with something we can actually use. Like a DTC code (<---google it if you don't know what it is!) for example.
