Texas should take tech, think they should be a little more worried about the game in Stillwater.

I agree with this. The OSU game is the scariest one on the schedule. I hope that Bradford is able to come back and play in the Texas game though.

JMO.....not hating on Tech at all, but just don't see a repeat of last year happening, and I was well hope Tech jumps all over A&M and OU...
There were plenty of mistakes on both sides during the game that determined the outcome. Not gaining the lead until late in the 4th q wasn't a sound way to win a game anyways. You could say Tech blew off the 2nd half and coasted to make it so close just as well.

That said I'll be on UT's side except for the Tech game! I doubt the new Baylor (A&M) will put up a fight for anyone. This may be a year where the Texas boys put a double-win over on OU. Even with Bradford in the game they weren't playing that strong against BYU.

Truthfully, if the left side of the line looks as it did Saturday, Bradford will get hurt as soon as he gets back. I've had a similar injury (played fullback) and it hurt everytime I got hit and I didn't have to throw the ball. He just doesn't have the elusivness the majority of the big 12 QB's have. Just a solid pocket passer. Stoops needs to quit recriuting all the play makers and focus a little on the bread and butter. Even with the best key players, without a tuff o-line it will be a rough year. Especially considering most of the big 12 focused the offseason on defense improvements. I'm still surprised the critics didn't realize this before the AP rankings were released at the begginning of the season. I think it will be a coast for texas depending on what kind of team shows up in stillwater. The one good thing ais that Pettigrew is gone, so Kendall Hunter will have difficulty running this season. He was the most domminant lead blocker in football last year.

As for Baylor, as long as Robert Griffon is on the field tech should be worried. They had trouble with him last year, but now he is 20 lbs. heavier and faster and acutally has some receivers this year. Truthfully, it's hard to call at this point. Need to see more of both sides.

Hell my season is allready a success, my aggies put forth the expected *** whoopin (went to school there in the 90's) that I was used to. We won our opener so it's already an improvement.

No kidding. DJ Monroe and Marquis Goodwin are the two fastest guys on the team. Give them an inch and they're gone. Just more weapons in the UT coaching staff's arsenal. This is going to be a fun football season!
