uhhhhhh, do me a favor, look at your keyboard, directly above those little letter thingies you use to type words, and underneath the "F" keys....what do you see? thats right, a line of number keys! and what two numbers are directly next to each other on the right hand end of that string of numbers?

Why was this even said?

Its clearly a stupid remark to make, but theres no typo in the add that I can see that involves replacing a 0 with a 9 or vice versa...?

in the ad is an lt1 trans am, so its pretty obvious that the guy meant to type 97 and accidentally typed 07, because the 9, and 0, are in fact right next to each other on the keyboard
