Default with this cam work

i have a 236/242 .580 .590 on 112 lsa. with no advance. with this cam work with stock head or is it going to have ptv clearance problems. car has supporting mod for this cam. thanks in advance.

With stock headgaskets and no milling it should clear no problem. I have ran a cam with more duration, more lift, and a tighter lsa without a problem on stock heads.

You will need springs other than stock.
