Posting for a friend with a 383 Stroker LT1

Basicly just a 383 LT1 Stroker with LT's on it.

Looking for a good tuner, already called LMR, Gforce and Hennessy and none could do it.
Went to Hennessy and attempted but the computer couldnt read the PCM or something and was told he needed some kinda chip installed or something. I dont have much info on that.

IF anyone knows any good reputable tuners please pm me or post the info.
