Sarge, if you think SAR is ghetto you are spoiled. 
Did you ever race out at old Alamo Dragway? I did. ONCE.
That freakin' place was GHETTO. No surprise it closed within a couple years of SAR opening up. Nobody would go to that shithole once a decent track was built in the area.
Anyway, I think TAD has always been better than Alamo, even at its worst. However, it is nowhere near as nice as SAR. However, I am going back to TAD after not racing there for 2-3 years and I have heard there are some improvements. I'll see for myself quite soon.

SAR isn't bad, the prep just sucks ***.
