So I have been doing research. Can't find a few things. Trying to figure utilities cost. Water, Electricity, Gas. Looking for a price per KWh, per gallon, and whats your total bill.
Just trying to get a budget in mind.

for like a 6 month lease. either of those in bad parts of town? anyone have a suggestion for a real-estate company that deals with rental places or a good appartment complex?

this is in hewitt, but electricity we pay .120/kWh. and ours runs 150-200. but our house was built in 2001 and bout 1600 sq/ft. and my fiance keeps it like 65-70 in the house. im not sure bout price per gallon but ours is ussually 100 or so. but thats for trash/sewer and we water the yard like 4 times a week. lol!
we lived at pecan ridge, (because it was close to mcc) and we payed on avg 100 for electricity and 50 for water. but the newer the apt the lower the elec!
