Registration Ticket ?
The rumer i always have heard is that its a 10 day grace period. i was wondering if anyone else has had this problem before and how to go about taking care of it.. Is that 10 days after the first or when the ticket was issued?
I have the papers to get tags just forgot all about it..
Any suggestions!

The grace period you are referring to is codified for inspection stickers in section 548.605. If the inspection sticker is not expired for more than 60 days and you remedy it within 10 days, you can get it dismissed by the court for $10 (a post compliance fee).
These offenses are not moving violations and do not go on your record so don't sweat it. You can also try to remedy the registration and try to get it dismissed for the post compliance fee as well - it's done in bigger cities frequently.
Yes. A vehicle may be operated up to five working days after the registration expires without penalty. After those five days, you can receive a ticket of up to $200.
