The MTI car ran Friday I believe and supposedly had an ERL block with 500ci. Full dedicated race car with fiberglass/carbon everything, gutted, improved aero.

The FD RX-7 had a stock body with some taped up edges and no mirrors on the last day. I made the 1st pass in it as a shakedown run and badly messed up the shifting. Went 2nd to 5th gear and decied to keep my foot in it. Still did 188mph. I'm pretty sure we (MAS280 and I) were the fastest n/a street car there. It has a/c too! The car is his and hauls ***!

BIG Thanks go out to Chris and Billy for helping me out today. Billy's car should break the 200mph mark next time out!
Good times. Sounds like fun

I *think* it's a stripped down race car with one of those new ~500ci engine blocks. I don't have much info on it.

187mph is flying for a NA street car. Great job!

What kind of power would a 4th gen F-body need to run in the lower 180s NA?
