It didn't turn out as easy as I had expected. Using the throttle pedal or remote cable would have been quicker and cheaper but I like the e-brake lever. Now, brake fully down is open and fully up is quieter. It needs a little adjustment after it heat cycles so closed will fully close.
Next round will be cleaner but I can't argue with an actuated cutout under $50.

It actually held up pretty good. The exhaust flow caused some nasty rattling, fixed with a strong throttle return spring.

No joke guys, the only times it leaked were initial heat cycling of the whole assembly and stretching of the cable I used. After a few drives I used a throttle return spring from O'Reilly to hook into a frame slot and the TB pulley (see it in the close up pic).
Again, if you want your exhaust to be pretty with shiny name brand parts you should look elsewhere. If you are a fan of budget redneck engineering, welcome haha
