Default Help me figure out what muffler is on my car.

Ok when I bought my car the only mod was mid lengths a y pipe and a mystery muffler. The guy couldnt remember the name. It the typical square flat muffler like a flowmaster, but it has no markings on it at all. I can take a picture here in a little bit and post it. Can anyone lay some insight please. TIA Trey

Sorry, It looks like a flowmaster knock off honestly. Its too loud to be a stocker, although that is one part I did not get from him. Still its too loud.

looks like a flowmaster, the spintech's are a bit boxier than that. i actually had the same problem until i happened to look above the muffler and saw the spintech logo. if theres no stamp, its probably a knockoff. who cares if it sounds good though, eh?

It sounds good, but its a knock off, so therefore its like buying Dr. Thunder instead of Dr Pepper lol.

Yea I'd say el-cheapo replacement muffler. A Spintech is like a rectangle. Very distinctive. I'd bet it flows about like a factory replacement Flowmaster too
