When I had my Escalade 22s stolen a couple years ago, the parts guy at Stewart Cadillac offered a new take-off set to me pretty cheap. Give them a call, they are located in Midtown. They might have a few sets.

does the blocks really allow you to get the car down enough to get the wheels off?
or do they just set the car on blocks to be nice

i would think they do that just to be nice... iunno i heard they put them under the car and let the air out of the tires which enables you to take the tire off... but i would imagine if they are serious and dont wanna make a lot of noise they would just bring one of those small 2 ton jacks...
