How can you ban FMS_FTW when he's not even the one who started the thread? Both parties were talking the same amount of crap, therefore both parties should get the same line of action.

If he's posted multiple times at the shop then that makes him an employee possibly unless he's just a lackey. Which an employee talking like that to another sponsor should be grounds for pulling a sponsorship.

FMS_FTW is not an employee. As so we cannot limit what he does on the internet.

 

Turbo marc is a good builder we have raced before.

 

The thing you need to realize is that he is literally calling the sponsors names, trying to run their name into the ground in almost every thread he can, among other things. RCC did nothing but accept a call out, or made it. Hince why he is not banned. He only accused you of it because you do share an IP. Would you not accuse someone of murder that had the same fingerprints?

 

If you are referring to Marc at Boost Logic, then yes he is a EXTRAORDINARY fabricator, welder, etc.. Really good guy, although he probably got mad at me for bumming to many cig's off of him. I am more than happy to show off his work to anyone that doubts it. And Austin I am not saying you are doubting his abilities, but it goes to anyone else that doesn't know the guy.

 

If he's not an employee, not an alias, and not affiliated with your shop, why do you care if he's banned?

I do not care if he is banned. I just think that it should go for both people when it was taken off the internet and he called him to be brought back up the next day.

 

Austin if this was his first time he was causing issues on the board then sure no problem. But he has been banned before using another screen name "Z0 Fast" in the past.
