Churrascos is my favorite, but it's not a traditional style steak. Brazilian Steak houses are different than a Dry Aged Beef taste, like a Ruth Chris. It really depends on what type of beef you want. Taste of Texas does not Dry Age their beef, again, the taste is going to be different then Ruth Chris or Pappas Brothers. It really depends on what style of steak you like, and what cut.
