Default Warped rotors Fixable ?

Assuming my rotors have enough meat to have them turned will that fix them ? or should I just buy some new ones ?

Alot of times, warping come from inferior steel, getting hot spots. They get work hardened. Turnining them may help for a brief period of time, but the shutter will most likely come back quickly. I would just buy new ones.

The Autozone rotors are better than the factory rotors anyways. Like the others said, once they warp, turning them only acts as a temporary fix. They usually warp worse the second time around.

You bud, give me a text some time. I can hook you up with a decent deal for all 4 rotors and pads if you're interested. Let me know...

I have Wagners from O'reily and they have ran great. I didn't turn them b/c it was maybe 80 bucks more for new rotors (front only). Turning them just makes them weaker and they will warp again.

I got the cheapest Wagner ones from Oreiley's when I was having issues with my new skinnies. The car would shake like a bitch over 60 mph and it felt like a fighter jet going down when I hit the breaks. It helped alot of the shaking and 100 % of the shaking when breaking went away. They were 20 bux a piece.

Hell yeah! That was almost the end of me. With the new rotors and a guy who could actually balance a wheel, I'm good to go. I can hit any speed now with zero issues. I bought longer studs and brand new lugs on all 4 wheels just to make sure and replaced the lugs myself. I even bought a tourqe wrench for the wheels. Everything is as tight a German virgin at this point.
