I've already wrote some info above, but I would say do the following...

#1. Follow the diet!
#2. Do the resistance training. It's well designed and challenging for just about everyone.
#3. Skip the cardio CD, and do your own interval training for 20-30 minutes if you can push it HARD.
#4. Continue to do the ab ripper 3x a week.
#5. Make #1 your bible.

ive done it with great results and quik too within the first month BUT U HAVE TO DIET right, i recomend using weights , resistance bands work well, but some exercise havebetter use of the weights it is intense, and if not is at least decent shape, try running or something for a few weeks to develop some stamina, especially needed for the PLYOMETRICS workout!

Boost, depends upon where you are starting from. If you are overweight now, just use a calorie calculator, count cals to hit 1-2 lbs a week to keep it off, and start jogging. Works great! As someone said above though ... the main thing is *sticking with it*. Just count cals (in a round about way) and jog, and that should get you to where you want to be, unless you are looking to get totally ripped / shredded / super model athelete guy.

Maybe he has a harder major? Works too? Or other important priorities?
