my friends dad built a table like that, what but his is prob about 3 times that size, so what he did to move it around is put one of those jack's with a wheel on it (like a trailer has) so when you want it flat it's flat but when you want to move it just jack it up and it rolls... pretty fkn cool if you ask me, we've only moved it once in like the past 3 years but it was worth it that one time... lol

You should build some hinged sides on that thing to increase the table space when you need it ( You will need it ). Corners def need to be rounded and slanted legs are pointless. Also it would be nice to get some #9 expanded metal to use on the bottom for a shelf.
** Waterjet would have been a waste on a project like this .
overall nice job, i need to get on building a table for my garage. I have designed many tables for the fab shop but never one for my own use.

Hawk, ive been kickin around a few ideas to increase the table space but havent settled on anything and yeah, expanded metal for the bottom shelf is in the garage waiting for install, along with the wheels and square tubing to go between the legs on the end
also got some gloss black paint too

Where'd you buy the steel? Seems kind of high to me. Don't you work off of brittmoore? I figured you could of worked out a deal with a steel vendor for some cheaper materials.
Either way, looks good! We got a 2D CNC plasma down the road from ya, and I am still trying to convince my boss to let me use it on the side. Can only do it if he doesn't know

think they were charging .35 p/lb 2 inch square tubing, .180 wall 4foot long was 18 bucks, 2'x4' half inch plate was 75 dollars and some change
