Im not having any luck with my car. First it runs great with the ls6 then dies randomly,i finally get it fixed and now its down again for the third time ![MAD](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_mad.gif)
For some reason it will not turn over no matter how many times i try to crank it over with the key. I had a battery issue but i left it on the charger all night and has enough to be able to start it. I checked the fuel pressure so thats all good. I have no idea what could be wrong this time around, any suggestions???

when you say it wont crank over, can you hear the starter trying to turn it over? when you turn the key does the volt needle drop? or is there just no response at all when the key is turned?
we need more info if we are gonna help you trouble shoot this.

ok if its turning but not firing that should mean its not getting spark(you already checked fuel) so its ether crank sensor, VATS, or some other factor stopping your ignition system completely. i already showed you where the crank sensor is, did you go check it? if it's the VATS just do a search in the tech section, there are write ups in there that can explain it much better than i can. if it's not one of those two things then it's time to go get an OBDII reader.
hope i could help.

yeah if it's not starting then the "check engine" light is not really "on"... it's test for the bulb... the check engine light stays on if the key is on but the motor is off, so i wouldnt take the light to heart... i would still check it but i dont think it will say..

If you in fact had the Check Engine light on before it died, then go get a cheap scanner from WalMart or borrow one from your local AP store and scan it to see what code it's throwing. It will probaly tell you real quick where your problem is. Doubt its vats as you would see the security light displaying. Have you ever seen it light up even for the initial start up as it should show briefly as discussed before when the guage cluster lights up different bulbs for test?

Check the three grounds on the back of the driver's side head. I had them all torqued down, but one wire had seperated from the ring connector, and caused the same situation. Would crank all day but nothing.

update:
I was able to get a ob2 reader from my uncle and the code that showed was was
P0601-Control module check summery
My uncle told me there is a chance that i may get my car working again by reflashing the computer but im assuming that i have to take it to a dealer to do that.
Any suggestions guys???

edit: did a quick search and it looks like your pcm has a corrupted memory. still looking for a fix to the problem.
