Default State Inspection Error: H E L P!!!!***!*!*!*!

LONG story short.
I have tried multiple times to get my car Passed on inspection.

Since my No2 tune I have been unable to get my ride passed. I have received Two Ticket so far.

That's two tickets in less than 6 months. I know, since none of us have modded cars () out there in LSX land, that your rides are modified way more than mine so I'm posting this to see if you can help figure out how to fix this inspection issue so I'm not riding DIRTY.

02 SS H/C/I, Fast toys Lid, No2

Here are the codes:
EVAP not ready

Satus: not Ready
02 Sensor HTR

2nd SYS Satus: not Ready
EGR SYS

not ready codes usually means your battery has died within 50 miles, or your tuner did not take them out correctly. Go check with your tuner if your battery hasnt been reset.

Pay an extra 20 bucks this year to "get" you a sticker. That will give you a year to get the problems fixed. That would be the cheapest route to go right now, cause those tickets are heafty fines.

NOT bringing THAT into the Equation as I have not had the time to drop the car off long enough for tuner to fix but we did try and could not get it in the hour we spent on it so it would be unfair of me to drop names right now. I need to call and see if I can drop it off Friday after noon I just would not expect them to drop everything to get me back on the road.
BUT THAT WOULD BE AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE

I believe we tried this. Also adjusted some air pump on/off setting but that did not work either.

LOL, i was just giving you a hard time. That should be something for them to fix though.

*if they were THAT GOOD with AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE, you wouldn't have to bring it back in the first place though

just get ur tuner to tune out the codes. he should have had the rear o2s tuned out already if u dont have cats. then drive it for atleast 50 miles to get the systems ready. when you go get the inspection done, ask them to pretest it to make sure.

im an inspector and i have people ask me to pretest it all the time. shouldnt be a big deal. if they refuse, go somewhere else

Its all in the tune. Your tuner didnt set it up right, its not that hard to pass inspection.

ls1 cars have to complete a retarded drive cycle to get those monitors ready. go to any reputable shop and ask how to complete a drive cycle.

Are you running speed density? If so evap maybe turned off, and they should have deleted rear O2 codes.

Well, Lets add 1 more inspection ticket to the List. I got another one this weekend

EVAP not turned off properly, may be the case. I just thought some of you guys may have had the same issue before. I'm gonna try to drop off the SS and have the tuner review his tune.

You are allowed one "not ready" code in Texas. Read down in step 2.

I got pulled over today by Pearland Police for expired inspection. Officer was cool, as most are, I told him I was dropping off my SS at the tuner after work today.- Showed him my Fail sheet from last week and he let me off with a warning.

I didn't get his name but I'm sure some Mustang guys know who he is cause he said he drives a mustang and that he was a "muscle guy" himself. As he got back in his car he said "maybe Ill see you out on the road"

Sounds like an invitation to a race, once I'm legal.
