LMR Twin Turbo Corvette runs 8.63 @145mph First Pass!

Exclamation LMR Twin Turbo Corvette runs 8.63 @145mph First Pass!
Finally got a chance to take out the twin turbo corvette. First pass ever on the car clicked it 7.3 seconds into the run and coasted to a 8.63 @145mph. This was leaving at 3500 rpms on 5lbs of boost and made 18lbs down track. We only got this one pass due to lack of certification on the chassis for this ET. This car will definately set the IRS corvette record next time we take it to the track.

Ballin son! That bitch is flying!

If I wasn't so zombie feeling from lack of sleep I would have met you all at 2-A-Days on Beltway and Pearland Parkway for a beer but I can barely keep my eyes open now and after a few beers I would have probably just fallen asleep at the bar LOL!

Must be nice to have a twin turbo vette and pull 8's the first time. Rims are ugly though.

i was the guy at hmp that wasked if it still had irs...that car is sick...wish yall and the black coupe would of run both on full tilt...

To me it seemed to jump out of the hole pretty nice, looked like a nice launch. Nice pass and even nicer knowing it can go faster.
