Default T-Top exploded

I was driving to work on the freeway today and I heard a loud pop, looked up and my Drivers side T-top had cracked all the way around and the center piece of glass was about to fly up and out. I held it in with my fingers until i could pull over. At first I thought something hit the glass and broke it, but the way the glass is broken all the way round it looks like the glass was weak and the pressure just popped it out, anybody know where I can get a drivers-side T-top in Houston? Looks like rain today..

I bought 2 t-tops (driver and pass) on e-bay for $104 a couple years back. They didn't come with the plastic, but if you didn't lose your's then you're good to go. It's even easy to swap out the locks so your door lock key fits them.

You might not have a garage to park in, so time might be an issue for you. Luckily, it was the middle of summer when I had to replace mine. I just made sure to park in a safe area and have an empty car with no temptations.

Well...guess a 98 Black WS6 w/Ram Air mod and Lid will do that from so much power, LOL.

Just hit the junk yards.

I was wondering if i could switch the plastic and locks over, I'll do that when i get time. If not for the tint on the glass holding it together , it could have been worse.I've had T-top cars before, but never had that happen, I was driving with the windows up and the A/C on, I guess it was the pressure combined with weakened glass.
