No neighborhood association to ask for anything in the backyard here.
Since my house sits on a hillside (slope) you can't even see it driving down the street.
My front gates cover it up...

Less mowing is OK by me...lol

(not that there was anything to really mow anyways...just a lot of dirt)

I still have to:
* clean all the mess left by the crew.
* bring in some good dirt for the grass
* buy a couple of pallets of grass to do the backyard.

I wanted to do all the construction 1st then plant the grass.
