Default Anyone use one of the "fresh copy" cams?

I was screwing around on ebay, and came across this guy that makes all sorts of LS1 cams for super cheap. Now, I probably wouldn't buy one from him just because, but I was wondering if anyone has heard about them? Here's a link to one of them...

I though of buying one but got my Trex used for about twice as much but it was a bigger grind than the 288HR that the guy offers on Ebay, so i am still wondering if those regrinds are worth a ****.

Agree for the most part. Every once in a while, you'll get lucky and get a good one. But other than that, you get improper lobe lifts, the journals can be out of round, duration not exact.

They're good if you want to sell a car with a cam in it.

That was the 288 copy i was speaking of, i would like to throw one in a 5.3 and see how it does, i dont think i would risk a 6.0 to it. But if you are not having issues it might be fine....never know.
