What blows is all the time spent trying to get your money back. Like mitchntx pointed out all the stuff he had to do to get his right. He was lucky. Im not impatient-but I would say its a loss. But yea if you have time to fight it and loss time at work-Go and get what you can back.

What do you expect him to do besides kick his a$$ and possibly end up in prison? Damage his home? Steal his car?

No I DO NOT expect him to kick his *** or any of the things you mentioned that would result in jail time... I am with him on that thinking, and mature enough to realize that that wouldn't solve anything anyway. While I do have to say if some one does that to you it would be really nice to be able to punch them square in the mouth without reprocussions.
